About The Position
The position involves leading a creative team of 10, which includes art directors, copywriters, photographers, graphic designers, and video editors. The role is responsible for overseeing the development and concepting of brand and product campaigns, ensuring all asset and creative executions for direct-to-consumer (DTC) and retail partner content are aligned with marketing objectives. The individual will translate these objectives into clear creative strategies and outputs, champion brand strategies, and lead the execution of marketing creative deliverables. Additionally, the role includes overseeing team resourcing and development across various projects, owning the overall brand guidelines, and ensuring that art direction and design approaches support core brand strategies and business goals. The position also requires close partnership with brand marketing and product marketing teams to maintain a cohesive visual identity and tone for the brand, as well as identifying and partnering with external creative agencies and production houses as needed.
