As the Executive Creative Director (ECD), you are a dynamic agency leader who drives the creative vision across multiple teams to create and produce award-winning solutions. In this role, you will elevate the work developed by the creative team while also integrating across multiple disciplines. You are expected to create famous work yourself, but the real rewards come from helping your teams develop their skills and ideas, making them clearer, stronger, better, and especially, more fun. You will maintain a strong relationship with clients, ensuring they feel comfortable reaching out to you, and vice versa. Your positive attitude will help you find ways to create exceptional creative work even in challenging situations. In terms of production, you are a pro who can handle shoots and edits, and you know how to involve the head of Creative and incorporate feedback effectively. Your presence is highly sought after on various projects, and less senior team members will often seek your advice. You are the ultimate team player, both with coworkers and clients.
