About The Position

The Executive/Corporate Driver will be responsible for transporting executives or corporate clients to and from various destinations in a professional and timely manner. The Corporate Driver must maintain strict confidentiality regarding their schedule and personal affairs, while ensuring the vehicle is always clean and well-maintained, often requiring a high level of professionalism, discretion, and flexibility with working hours to accommodate changing needs. This is a full-time position with an annual base salary which will be discussed during the hiring process.

Requirements

• Excellent driving record with no major traffic violations
• Proven ability to drive safely and defensively in various traffic conditions
• Thorough knowledge of the local area, including major roads, traffic patterns, and landmarks
• Ability to always maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Excellent time management skills to ensure punctuality and efficient route planning
• Ability to originate a trip from Asbury Park on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving the Executives to and from business meetings, personal appointments, social events, and other destinations, prioritizing safety always.
• Plan efficient routes considering traffic conditions, potential roadblocks, and time constraints to ensure punctual arrival.
• Regularly inspect and maintain the company vehicle, including cleaning, fueling, and scheduling necessary maintenance.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal and professional affairs, including travel details and appointments.
• Always present a professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrating courtesy and respect towards passengers.
• Be adaptable to changing schedules, last-minute requests, and potential unexpected situations.
• Effectively communicate with the team providing updates on traffic conditions or potential delays and clearly understanding instructions regarding pick-up and drop-off locations.
• May be required to run personal errands for the CEO as needed.
