About The Position
Serves as a consultant on the development and implementation of strategies by establishing overarching objectives, and ensuring the necessary staffing and resources will provide leadership and facilitation in the resolution of highly strategic and sensitive issues or projects of Sutter Health. Has oversight and management of projects. Able to conceptualize, develop, and drive high-level strategic initiatives, and has hands-on and achieve the final results expected. The candidate selected for this role must live in the Northern California Sutter Health footprint and come on site for work, meetings, etc. This is not a remote role.
