Executes administrative services for hospital patient families, including helping to provide transportation, accommodations, and business services. Prepares, compiles, and maintains records in nursing unit. Coordinates and facilitates operations and services supporting patient and family centered care. Organizes the hospital services for patients and cares for their stay. Ensures the patients receive special orders and transportation services are available. Coordinates room amenity requests like painting, windows, or temperature control services. Coordinates and assists in the administration and the accuracy of personnel records. Solves problems and provides timely assistance to residents and prospects with care. Builds brand loyalty and achieves resident retention goals by ensuring a consistently positive experience and a meticulously cared for community. Organizes front desk logs, package rooms, and freight elevators among others. Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies. Assists in compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures within the community. Performs related duties as required.
