Requirements

  • 4-7 years of executive compensation experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Superior academic credentials.
  • Exceptional writing ability.

Responsibilities

  • Support the firm’s Plan Sponsor group.
  • Work on compliance-related matters involving non-qualified deferred compensation plans and other executive compensation programs subject to 409A.
  • Provide general support for work on qualified plans such as 401(k), profit-sharing, traditional defined benefit, and cash balance plans.
