About The Position
This Lockheed Martin (LM) Total Rewards position supports the Director of Corporate Executive Compensation with Board/Compensation Committee meetings and materials, as well as the drafting of the Lockheed Martin Proxy Statement. It also provides analytical and operational support and corporate-level consultative guidance to LM Business Segments on executive compensation philosophy and processes. The position has enterprise-wide scope with material operational and reputational impact for the Corporation. The role will manage both key internal and external stakeholders, including stockholders, consultants, and vendor relationships.
