We are seeking an Executive Compensation Consultant for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. This position provides analytical support for a wide range of executive compensation programs/projects designed to support business strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree Required.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation or related field (7+ Preferred) Required.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

  • Masters degree Preferred.
  • PHR Preferred.
  • CCP Preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the design, development, execution and administration of the executive and equity compensation programs and projects across the Enterprise.
  • Perform routine and advanced analytics/ dashboards of executive compensation trends.
  • Key resource that provides and maintains Enterprise compensation communications, policies & training development and delivery for various stakeholder groups including materials related to annual and ongoing executive compensation planning.
  • Project manages pay transparency initiatives through projects and efforts like creating a job family and management level framework that aims towards clearer structure alignment, greater pay policy harmonization & improved pay narrative.
  • Provides proactive support and drives process optimization through analytics and technology solutions; documenting existing workflows; for improvement of existing processes, and reducing individualized/ custom solutions, except where business needs it.
  • Manages the annual bonus/ incentive programs development - program strategy, framework, design, analytics, reporting and plan maintenance - and helps process improve administration and execution through communications and technology solutions.
  • Partners with key functional and internal comp resources on the Annual Comp Risk Assessment exercise.
  • Administration and coordination of incentive plans, including analysis and maintenance of the plans as well as the systems or databases used to manage the data.
  • Create and maintain incentive plan documents.
  • Prepare communications related to the executive compensation programs.
  • Provide audit support for the Compensation COE.
  • Coordinates with the Compensation Committee's external executive compensation consultant, and providing appropriate information and materials between consultants and Management.
  • Partners and assists in developing materials and recommendations for review by Management and/or the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
  • Assists in the administration of expatriate compensation.
  • Collaborates with internal, functional partners to prepare annual Proxy Statement tables (including CD&A executive pay tables, CEO pay ratio calculation, Summary Comp Table, termination/280G analysis, etc.) and review narrative disclosures as needed.
  • Collaborates with Finance, HR, Legal, Accounting, Tax and Payroll on executive compensation matters.
  • Supports the job evaluation and offer/promotion process for the executive/ leadership positions across the Enterprise, to ensure consistency and maintenance of equitable role alignment for the organization's senior most executive roles.
