Your impact Seeking an Executive Communications Manager/Professional to provide important support to the Senior Vice President of Collaboration, Employee Experience Technology in San Jose, CA. Requirements

  • 10+ years in Executive Communications/Marketing (security field) with high-impact messaging.
  • PowerPoint expertise for designing presentations.
  • Synthesize information into cohesive stories for diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing high-volume work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive executive thought leadership and strategic narratives, developing content such as speeches, presentations, and talk tracks.
  • Manage and edit all executive communications to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
  • Oversee the social media strategy for internal and external executive messaging, including All Hands meetings and leadership updates.
  • Support internal and external events, such as keynotes and roundtables, and preparing briefing materials.
  • Handle confidential and timely information with discretion
  • Collaborate with partners to align messaging and achieve communication objectives
  • Track, analyze, and report on communications effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
