Our programs integrate therapeutic support with accredited academics, emphasizing trauma recovery, family systems, emotional regulation, and mental health, while partnering closely with families to promote lasting healing and growth. As the Executive Clinical Director, you will serve as the organization’s clinical thought leader, shaping treatment philosophy and clinical standards across all programs. This executive‑level role provides leadership and supervision to senior clinical staff, ensures compliance and quality of care, and drives continuous clinical improvement. As a key member of the executive and administrative leadership team, you will collaborate cross‑functionally to advance New Haven’s mission, long‑term vision, and clinical excellence.
