The specialist will maintain consistent communication with the local team, including Territory Managers and other Clinical Account Specialists, as well as internal and external partners. Building and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships with various stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, technicians, and clinical administrators, is a key aspect of this role. Staying current on product instructions for use, best practices, and relevant scientific literature is crucial for success. The position also entails responding to requests in a high-stress environment, maintaining composure during stressful interactions, and engaging in diagnostic dialogue with multiple business partners to formulate effective solutions. Mentoring new team members and managing administrative tasks, such as account documentation and compliance training, are additional responsibilities.
