The Marshes of Skidaway Island is recruiting for a hospitality focused Executive Chef to join our team! The Executive Chef is a working chef and provides leadership in all kitchens and modeling our hospitality culture. The chef is responsible for the overall coordination of food preparation for the entire community. The chef will ensure recipes and standards are maintained and produce the highest quality food product. Included in the chef’s responsibilities are cooking and baking activities, dietary standards, sanitation, quality and nutritional value of food. The chef is expected to oversee the training and development of culinary personnel, and to maintain a positive work environment for staff.
