Responsibilities

• Lead a full scratch kitchen as an Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Sous Chef.

• Manage fixed food, labor, and product costs.
• Execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Develop relationships with staff, guests, and residents.
