About The Position

Working as an Executive Chef, you are responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for a dining account, specifically at the INOVA Corporate Cafe / Conf Center in Fairfax, VA. This role involves managing and leading a team of associates and overseeing all safety and sanitation as it pertains to the account. Additionally, as part of the culinary team, you will be responsible for managing cost controls and expenditures, planning and creating all menus, purchasing and managing inventory, and rolling out new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary team. Requirements

  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
  • High volume production and catering experience is essential
  • Previous experience managing cost controls
