Requirements

  • 6+ years in culinary leadership within hospitality or high-volume settings.
  • Strong leadership, cost control expertise, and a passion for innovation.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including restaurant service, banquets, and culinary team performance.

  • Partner with F&B and hotel leadership to align culinary vision with guest expectations and brand standards.
  • Respond to feedback and lead initiatives that make dining memorable.
