The Executive Chef provides culinary leadership for all kitchen operations, demonstrating a strong passion for excellence. This role involves delivering high-quality food, creating new recipes, and offering attentive service to members and guests while directing kitchen staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience at Executive Chef level in a Golf Club / Resort / Hotel / Restaurant.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Food & Safety certifications.
  • Proficient with POS, Microsoft Office products, and social media.
  • Experience with private events, banquets, and a la carte.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of special diets (preferred).
  • Bilingual- Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, develop and inspire the culinary team.
  • Elevate the culinary experience by focusing on food quality and upholding presentation standards.
  • Create edgy and innovative new menu items based on current food trends and club events.
  • Manage financial cost controls and culinary operations.
  • Build magic moments and maintain positive member & guest experiences.
