Executive Chef

Compass GroupLos Angeles, CA
$95,000 - $10,500

About The Position

We’re opening a new, full‑scale restaurant inside WME’s flagship office, and we’re seeking an Executive Chef who brings culinary leadership, creative vision, and a refined sense of hospitality to a high‑profile, relationship‑driven environment. This Monday‑through‑Friday operation offers a rare opportunity to lead a premium culinary program with no late nights, while operating at the center of a fast‑paced, creatively charged campus. In addition to overseeing the restaurant kitchen, you’ll guide culinary execution for the full bar menu, barista‑led coffee program, grab‑and‑go offerings, and pantry services throughout the building. As Executive Chef, you will shape the food culture from the ground up, building systems, mentoring talent, and delivering cuisine that reflects Wolfgang Puck’s standards of quality, simplicity, and precision. This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys visibility, collaboration, and creating food that supports meaningful connections.
