The Production Executive Chef holds total ownership of the production facility lifecycle, serving as the primary architect of quality, innovation, and industrial-scale operational integrity. In this role, you are responsible for the holistic management of high-volume daily operations and complex administrative functions. This includes financial oversight, facility management, health protocols, and safety compliance. Collaborating closely with the Campus Executive Chef and key cross-functional stakeholders, you will leverage your expertise to uphold rigorous food standards, optimize production schedules, and exceed Food program expectations.
