About The Position
Invited, established in 1957, is a dynamic company in the hospitality and service industry, operating as the largest owner and operator of private clubs nationwide with over 150 country clubs, city clubs, and athletic clubs. These clubs offer first-class amenities such as championship golf courses, modern workspaces, handcrafted cuisine, resort-style pools, state-of-the-art racquet facilities, and fitness centers. The Executive Chef provides culinary leadership for all kitchen operations, demonstrating a strong passion for excellence. This role involves delivering high-quality food, creating new recipes, and offering attentive service to members and guests while directly managing kitchen staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience at Executive Chef level in a Golf Club / Resort / Hotel / Restaurant.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
- Food & Safety certifications.
- Proficient with POS (Micros preferred), Microsoft Office products, and social media.
- Experience with private events, banquets, and a la carte.

Responsibilities
- Lead, train, develop and inspire the culinary team.
- Elevate the culinary experience by focusing on food quality and upholding presentation standards.
- Create edgy and innovative new menu items based on current food trends and club events.
- Manage financial cost controls and culinary operations.
- Build magic moments and maintain positive member & guest experiences.
