Requirements

  • Senior culinary leadership experience in private clubs, fine dining restaurants, or luxury hotels
  • Strong command of classic American and continental culinary techniques
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and retain disciplined, professional kitchen teams
  • Demonstrated success running consistent, high-standard culinary operations
  • Experience managing food costs, purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Strong operational, financial, and organizational acumen with exceptional attention to detail
  • Calm, confident, low-ego leadership style suited to a private club environment
