About The Position

Harwood Hospitality features a World of Culinary Experiences with a current collection of nine concepts in the 19-city-block Harwood District: Dolce Riviera, Happiest Hour, Harwood Arms, Magnolias’ Le Pont, Marie Gabrielle Restaurant and Gardens, Mercat Bistro, Saint Ann Restaurant & Bar, Te Deseo, and The Grove at Harwood. The role of the Executive Chef is to coordinate the work of the cooks and all other kitchen employees to economically and efficiently stay within budget labor costs. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant kitchen, encompassing operational duties and financial responsibilities, providing leadership and management of kitchen staff, and growing and developing the product and profitability of food items.
