About the role: You will be a full-time, long-term contract role onsite in Bridgman, MI. You would report directly to our client manager and partner with the Food Service Manager. This role offers a great daytime schedule with an early end time, and weekends off.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Must be at least age 18
- Experience managing high-volume food operations and scratch cooking.
- Be able to work early morning shifts
- Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational marijuana and CBD oil), and employment testing.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, sanitization and team morale
- Maintain safe and efficient kitchen workflow
- Lead an established, dynamic kitchen team
- Update daily/weekly/seasonal menu items
- Responsibly manage inventory, including ordering through food service vendors
- Oversee all food production including Café service, catering and on-site events,
- Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with nuclear, health and safety standards.
