We are seeking a talented individual who will commit to the challenges of creating and delivering a culinary-driven, upscale experience within a thoughtfully senior living facility. Hollenbeck Palms is a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community located in Los Angeles, offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. We recently opened our new Latitude Bistro, a modern and hospitality-forward dining experience that brings fresh, elevated, and resident-centered service to our community. We are seeking an experienced, inspiring, and hands-on Executive Chef to lead our culinary program and continue enhancing the resident dining experience across all levels of care.
