We are seeking a passionate hands on leader in our culinary department who will design creative, nutritious and seasonal menus in our family like environment. You will lead the team in delivering high quality memorable meals. Focusing on presentation, flavor and resident satisfaction. Candidate will train, mentor and inspire a dedicated culinary team to maintain high standards of quality food, sanitation, safety and regulatory compliance. Oversee all food production including special events, themed meals and special nutritional needs. Interact with residents, gather feedback, and create a warm welcoming experience.
