In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen operations while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and service. In a healthcare setting, you will also play a key role in supporting patient wellness by developing and executing menus that accommodate a wide range of therapeutic and medically necessary diets, including low-sodium, diabetic, renal, gluten-free, low-fat, texture-modified, and liquid or low-residue diets. Collaborating closely with clinical teams, you will help deliver nutritious, compliant, and appealing meals that enhance the overall patient experience.
