DoubleTree San Jose is looking for an Executive Chef to join the team! Located in the heart of Silicon Valley and within a 5-minute drive to San Jose International Airport, this hotel has 505 rooms, 56,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets with one more underway. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional and genuine leader who can drive the operation forward through innovation, strong financial acumen, and staff development. Prior union experience is a plus. As Executive Chef, you would be responsible for directing and administering the planning, preparation, production and control of all culinary operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
