Join Our Culinary Team in Boston, MAAs the Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary operations for a Corporate B&I dining account at Mass Mutual in Boston, MA, serving up to 800 guests daily in the café. This account features a complimentary dining program along with a Starbucks retail program built to charge. As a key member of the culinary leadership team, you’ll also be responsible for driving innovation, quality, and guest satisfaction across all dining experiences.

Requirements

  • Some culinary experience in corporate dining is required
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience in a high-volume setting
  • High volume production and catering experience is essential
  • Previous experience managing cost controls
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 9 kitchen professionals, ensuring culinary excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee all safety and sanitation standards across the account.
  • Deliver exceptional catering services, ranging from simple sandwich platters to high-end Board of Directors events.
  • Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
  • Plans and creates all menus
  • Purchases and manages inventory
  • Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
