Job SummaryBring creativity to the table and to the kitchen. As Executive Chef, you will lead culinary operations, delivering innovative culturally diverse menus and exceptional dining experiences. You will oversee kitchen staff, ensure quality and consistency, and drive operational excellence across all food service areas within the venue.

Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership culinary role
  • Experience managing high-volume kitchens and large-scale events
  • Proficiency in food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
  • Experience with inventory management and cost control systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead kitchen sustainability mission by implementing responsbile sourcing and waste reduction strategies
  • Oversee all food production
  • Develop and execute culturally diverse menus aligned with client and brand expectations
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost controls
  • Supervise and train culinary team members
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with operations and catering teams for event execution
