About The Position

We are a restaurant company operating in contract food service, offering exciting opportunities for growth and learning due to rapid expansion. As an Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary functions for a dining account, manage and lead a team of associates, and ensure all safety and sanitation standards are met as they pertain to the account.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
  • High volume production and catering experience is essential
  • Previous experience managing cost controls

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company

Responsibilities

  • Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
  • Plans and creates all menus
  • Purchases and manages inventory
  • Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
