Requirements

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven leadership in managing a high-volume, upscale kitchen
• Proficiency in menu development, food costing, and labor management
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the culinary team to deliver exceptional food experiences
• Develop menus aligned with guest expectations and brand identity
• Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all food items
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with front-of-house and operations teams to ensure seamless service
• Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement
