We are seeking an experienced and driven Executive Chef to lead our culinary team during an exciting period of transition. With our current chef relocating out of the market in late May for an exciting opportunity, and while he will be missed, we are energized about the future. This role offers a unique opportunity to build on meaningful progress already underway and shape the next chapter of our kitchen’s growth and success. As Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary operations, including the main kitchen, banquet services, and restaurant outlets. You’ll lead and inspire a talented team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous development. This position is responsible for directing all aspects of food preparation, production, and quality control for Toscana, the AC Lounge, and banquet operations. The ideal candidate will ensure consistently fresh, flavorful, and visually appealing dishes while maintaining a sharp focus on food cost management and operational efficiency.
