About The Position

Under the direction of the Director of F&B Operations, the Executive Chef is responsible for creating and implementing successful menu options for Naskila’s F&B outlets and leading all back of house operational aspects of the Food & Beverage Department including, but not limited to, Kitchen Operations, Ordering and Inventory Control and Team Member Dining Room Operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of seven (7) years previous experience in a full-service kitchen.
  • Minimum of five (5) years management experience as a chef in a full-service restaurant or hotel.
  • Certified in ServSafe Sanitation Manager level.
  • Must be flexible to work day/swing/graveyard shift and available on weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with start-up restaurants, construction, and opening experience.
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts, or CEC Certification from American Culinary Federation or Culinary Institute of America.
  • Previous experience in gaming hospitality environment.
