Join Our Culinary Team as an Executive Chef in San Juan Capistrano, CA!As an Executive Chef, you’ll oversee all kitchen operations, concessions, and catering while ensuring a safe, sanitary, and high-performing environment for both staff and students at a private school in Juan Capistrano, CA. You’ll lead the preparation of quality meals aligned with corporate culinary programs and standards, while bringing creativity, consistency, and excellence to campus dining. Requirements
- High volume production required
- Catering experience is required
- Previous experience managing cost controls
- Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
Nice To Haves
- Culinary degree preferred
- Three to five years of culinary management experience
- Experience with various cuisines, including Asian cuisine, preferred
Responsibilities
- Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
- Plans and creates all menus
- Purchases and manages inventory
- Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
