As a culinary manager at Topgolf, you will supervise the team in providing best-in-class culinary experiences. Your role will involve coaching and developing the team to drive Associate engagement, delegating tasks, and working collaboratively with your team. You will be expected to demonstrate Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring. Additionally, you will monitor inventory, purchase products, and maintain food and labor costs according to budget, with a full understanding of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). You will also select and develop recipes for corporate approval, standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality, and establish presentation techniques while maintaining quality standards. Planning and costing menus for special events and chef choice menus will be part of your responsibilities, along with ensuring proper equipment operation and maintenance, overseeing safety and sanitation in the kitchen, and creating action plans to respond to opportunities. Effective communication and partnership with upper management, Home Office Leadership, and vendors will be essential in this role.
