About The Position
The Executive Chef at Paradies Lagardere is responsible for overseeing back-of-house (BOH) operations within the San Francisco Giants Clubhouse. This role involves not only managing kitchen staff and ensuring food quality and safety but also collaborating with the General Manager to achieve financial goals. The Executive Chef will actively participate in various kitchen roles, mentor sous chefs, and handle some administrative tasks related to inventory and employee documentation.
