We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef III for the Yakima Convention and Event Center.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar senior culinary role, preferably in a convention center, hotel, or large-scale food service environment.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of successfully leading and developing kitchen staff.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Exceptional creativity with a passion for creating high-quality, visually appealing dishes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Culinary Management Team to manage all aspects of Food Preparation, Product Handling, Equipment Utilization and Food Safety.
  • Analyze Business Volume and Product Usage Daily.
  • Participate in the Development and Implementation of Business Strategies.
