Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of culinary/kitchen management experience
  • Strong leadership and hands-on approach
  • High-volume or healthcare/institutional experience preferred
  • ServSafe (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety w/in a Hospital Setting
  • Plan menus and oversee meal production for patients, cafe, dr's lounge and catering
  • Train and develop staff
  • Manage inventory, food cost, and waste
  • Maintain sanitation and regulatory compliance
