SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a Talented HANDS ON Executive Chef/ Assistant Food Service Director of Production for a private boarding school in the rolling hills of the northwest corner of Connecticut. This Executive Chef will develop a strong relationships with the community, design and produce menus that will create excitement for this HANDS-ON board program, plan and execute catering events, manage ordering and inventory, and develop our amazing kitchen team. Able to work a flexible schedule in order to accommodate business levels (rotating nights and weekends required). Schedule may be Sunday through Thursday. This school nestled in the countryside is beautiful.
