About The Position

As an Executive Chef at Eurest, you will oversee all culinary functions for a dining account, managing a team of associates while ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met. Requirements

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
  • High volume production and catering experience
  • Previous experience managing cost controls
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company

Responsibilities

  • Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account
  • Plan and craft all menus
  • Purchase and manage inventory
  • Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
