The Good Eating Company is seeking an experienced Executive Chef, this dynamic culinary leader will be at an account in Atlanta, Georgia. The Executive Chef will have total culinary responsibilities including the supervision of culinary team with a focus on excellent customer experience. Our ideal candidate will be innovative, keeping services fresh and updated based on current trends. They will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
• Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years

Responsibilities

• Let their plate tell a story
• Ensure all food always looks and tastes great and is visually appetizing when served
• Demonstrate strong all-round culinary ability and strong craft skills in all areas of professional cookery, including main courses, salads, sauce work, and pastry and baking
• Possess a strong knowledge of food and able to cook using multiple styles of cuisine
• Constantly look for new recipes and new ideas and initiatives that will improve both the quality of food and service as a whole
• Take pride in producing delicious, wholesome dishes, using the finest, natural ingredients sourced from carefully selected sustainability suppliers
• Have experience with hands-on farm to fork culinary operations and catering
