About The Position

Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a talented and adaptable Traveling Executive Chef to bring culinary excellence and leadership to one of our most prestigious portfolio accounts in New Hampshire —with a reach that may extend into Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island (mileage reimbursement included). This role offers a unique blend of creativity, variety, and impact as you provide culinary expertise across 7 sites located just 20 minutes apart in New Hampshire. You'll also step in for special assignments such as vacation coverage, large-scale catering productions, station work, and supporting new account openings and closings.

  • Candidates must not hold dual citizenship.
  • Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the culinary management team to manage all aspects of food preparation, product handling, equipment utilization, and food safety.
  • Hands on cooking for cafe operations and catering events.
  • Provides culinary support across the region for 7 sites in close proximity.
  • Ensure Sodexo Culinary standards, including recipe compliance and food quality, are implemented.
  • Have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovation.
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard compliance and management systems.
  • Responsible for Front of the House and Back of the House support and client engagement.
