Our program serves over 14,000 students, faculty, staff, and guests through a diverse portfolio of operations, including: A state-of-the-art residential dining hall serving thousands of meals daily. Signature campus concepts include Pepper's Grill and Treehouse. Catering services supporting VIP university events, athletics, and community functions. Concession operations at athletic venues and special events. Dining Services is committed to fresh, high-quality food with an emphasis on variety, nutrition, sustainability, and customer service. The Executive Chef will lead culinary innovation, menu development, food quality, and presentation across all platforms, while mentoring a diverse culinary team to deliver an outstanding dining experience that reflects the university's mission and values.
