About The Position

Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for an Executive Chef 2 to join our team at Liberty Mutual in Boston MA! The current food landscape consists of Cafe, Catering, Office Coffee and Executive Services - providing specific snacks to the C Suites executives. This Executive Chef 2 role will oversee the culinary for the Cafe and support Executive Services.

Requirements

• Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
• Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

Responsibilities

• Menu Planning
• Ordering
• Inventory
• Hands on 60% to 70% of the time
• Leading a team of 7 cooks and 1 utility person
• Ensuring quality and presentation of the food offering
