Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an Executive Chef 2 to oversee the complete culinary operation at our prestigious USAA location in Colorado Springs. What You'll Do Lead & Inspire: Manage and develop a team of 10 talented culinary professionals. Create & Innovate: Design menus that delight and impress for our Corporate Café, Micro-Market, and Catering Operations. Hands-On Leadership: Spend 70% of your time in the kitchen, crafting exceptional dishes. Drive Excellence: Oversee food and labor costs, ordering, inventory, and catering production. Deliver Quality: Ensure outstanding customer service and a memorable dining experience. Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role.
  • Strong culinary skills and passion for hands-on cooking.
  • Ability to manage costs, inventory, and team development.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
