Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for Centenary College located in Shreveport, LA. The Executive Chef will be responsible for all BOH daily culinary food and beverage operations for resident dining, retail, and catering, as well as overall unit management. The Executive Chef will interact daily with an exceptional hourly staff, General Manager, and all managers to ensure that client expectations are being met and exceeded. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions.
