Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 to join our team at Georgia College & State University, located in historic Milledgeville, Georgia. Georgia College & State University (GCSU), Georgia’s public liberal arts university, is renowned for providing a practical education with real-world experiences, including internships, study abroad programs, and undergraduate research. We serve a large and diverse student body through our Residential Dining and Retail Units, as well as internal and external catering services. In addition to managing menus, safety, sanitation and purchasing, position will be responsible for a robust program featuring a multitude of just-in-time formats including vegan, allergen-free and self-service student cooking format called UCook. Individual will be responsible for menu creativity, continual engagement and educational programing and at times support catering needs when necessary. The position requires a fluctuating work week to ensure consistent offers from breakfast to evening and weekends. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions.
