About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a strategic and hands-on Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at a Corporate Services account in Pooler, GA . In this role, you’ll oversee daily café production, service and corporate catering , ensuring excellence in quality, consistency, and presentation. You’ll guide a dedicated culinary team, fostering efficiency, engagement, and continuous improvement. Your expertise in menu innovation, cost management, and client collaboration will help drive operational success and elevate the dining experience. This is a Monday-Friday operation that typically operates from 5:30am-3pm! Requirements

  • An Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • A strong culinary and catering background with a focus on attention to detail and client satisfaction.
  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, maintaining high culinary standards.
  • Demonstrate strong coaching and employee development skills.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, driving creativity and excellence in the kitchen.
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily culinary operations for café dining, catering, and micro-markets.
  • Lead, train, and inspire the culinary team elevating their skills and ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety.
  • Execute scratch-cooked menus that meet contract requirements and food cost targets.
  • Lead and execute conference and catering events.
  • Manage food cost, labor, and inventory while maintaining high culinary standards
  • Ensure strong food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
