Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 to manage culinary operations for an independent school in Southborough, Massachusetts. This leader will oversee all daily kitchen operations, drive innovation in student‑focused menus, ensure strict food‑safety compliance, and partner closely with district leaders to elevate the overall dining experience. The Executive Chef will lead and develop a diverse culinary team, support participation‑building initiatives, and champion Sodexo’s commitment to quality, scratch cooking, and community engagement within a busy school environment.
