About The Position
Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an experienced Executive Chef 2 to lead culinary operations at the Fannie Mae Midtown Center, a premier, high-profile corporate account located in the heart of Washington, DC. About the Operation This is a dynamic and diverse culinary environment featuring: A Main Café Starbucks Pizza, Soup & C‑Store Café High‑End Catering Operations supporting executive‑level clients This role offers an ideal blend of retail culinary leadership and upscale catering, allowing you to flex both operational excellence and culinary creativity.

- Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 yearsMinimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all retail culinary operations
- Drive menu planning, innovation, and seasonal offerings
- Manage ordering, inventory, and food/labor costs
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of approximately 15 hourly union employees
- Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and brand standards
- Leverage technology including mobile ordering systems and digital HACCP
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver consistent, high-quality dining experiences
