What You’ll Do In a dynamic role, with Sodexo you’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of food service operations, including: Corporate Cafés Micro‑Markets Office Coffee Services Catering Programs You’ll bring your culinary expertise and leadership skills to: Design and execute inspired menu offerings that delight guests Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of cooks Oversee ordering, inventory, and kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and excellence Drive exceptional catering production for executive and client events Foster a culture of creativity, safety, and high-quality service At Sodexo, our purpose is to create a better everyday for everyone and build a better life for all. Requirements

  • Have a strong culinary passion and a commitment to excellence
  • Enjoy crafting elevated dining experiences tailored to corporate guests
  • Are energized by variety—no two days are the same
  • Bring strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Thrive in environments where innovation and collaboration are valued
  • Strong kitchen management skills, including menu planning, production oversight, and food cost control
  • Experience leading culinary teams in corporate, hospitality, or upscale dining settings
  • A commitment to excellence, creativity, and guest satisfaction
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
